How to generate source from Makefile

• open visual studio developer cmd
• go to the make file directory
• type    nmake -f Makefile
• 
  
• if this shows error " Fatal Error U1052: File 'win32.mak' Not Found"
• copy win32.mak from visual studio path \include directory. paste to nmake.exe directory.
• then run the above command.
